What does Website Care include?
Hosting, WordPress and plugin updates, backups, security checks, small changes such as text, images and prices, and a short monthly note on what we did.
Can you look after a website you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. We start with a health check to see how it’s built and what needs fixing first, then tell you honestly whether we can look after it as it is.
What counts as a small change?
Things like updating text, swapping images, changing prices or opening hours, or adding a news item. New pages or new features are quoted first, so there are no surprises.
How much does Website Care cost?
It’s a monthly plan, quoted with your website because it depends on the size of the site and what it does. The first month is included with a Starter website, and care is included in our Growth and Momentum plans.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Website Care is month to month, and you own your website, domain and logins throughout.
